        The Conference has reserved rooms in the hotel of Beijing Conference Center where the Conference is to be held and our participants can enjoy conference rates. All rooms will be booked on a first come, first served basis; due to the peak of tourists in Beijing during summer, early reservations are highly recommended.

✦Reservation

       If you have the need for accommodation, please submit your room request in the registration system when you have successfully registered for the conference (Website: https://mm.scimeeting.cn/en/user/login/17899).

Note:

       1. Kindly note that your reservation will not be processed until your registration fee is paid.

       2. The Conference can only reserve accommodation for participants during the conference (from July 10^th to 13^th, 2023). If you need to check in earlier or check out later, please confirm with the Secretariat (oec238i@pku.edu.cn) first.

       3. Hotel reservation is valid ONLY when you make full payment of room charges successfully.

✦Cancellation

       Changes or cancellations can be made before June 15^th, 2023 by writing to the Secretariat (oec238i@pku.edu.cn). Cancellations received after June 15^th, 2023 are non-refundable.
