1. Students affiliated with universities and institutions qualify for the discounted student registration fee, and a copy of valid student card is required to be submitted via the registration system.
2. Preferential conditions for registration fee are only valid when your online-registration and payment is done before the corresponding deadline.
3. For PKU participants who will need the reimbursement of registration fees, please contact the Secretariat (Tel: 62753067) before making the payment.
Registration fee includes:

· Lunches and dinners during the Conference
Step 1: Visit the registration website ( https://mm.scimeeting.cn/en/user/login/17899 ) and create an account;
Step 2: Log in to the registration system and fill in your personal information as required;
Step 3: Finish the payment.
Method of Payment
1. Online Payment
Please log into the registration system from PC site, choose “Online Payment” and complete your payment according to the instructions of the system. Optional online payment methods include VISA, Mastercard, WeChat and Alipay. UnionPay will also be available soon. Kindly note that overseas bank cards will be charged a commission fee for online payment and the rate may depend on your bank. The commission fee is at the participant's own expense.
Note: When you access the conference registration website from WeChat, only WeChat payment is supported.
2. Bank Transfer
If online payment is not so convenient, you may choose to pay your registration fee by bank transfer. Please see the detailed information as follows:

a) Before making the remittance, please register in the conference website first and obtain your registration No. from the Home Page of your registration account;
b) Bank transfer should be in CNY;
c) In order to avoid any delay in money transfer, please do upload your copy of remittance invoice or receipt into the registration system before the early-bird deadline, otherwise you should pay according to the regular payment standard. The payment date is subject to information indicated on your remittance receipt；
d) All bank charges will be borne by the participants；
e) You will receive a confirmation email after the remittance is confirmed by the Conference.
3. Onsite Payment
Participants may pay the registration fee onsite in RMB cash, or with bank cards including VISA, Mastercard, UnionPay, etc.
Registrants can check the status of registration and payment on “Personal Center” via the online registration system, where an official receipt for registration fee can also be downloaded once the payment is completed.
The Conference Secretariat must be notified of a cancellation of the registration. Only cancellations in writing (to email@example.com) are accepted. Refunds will be made after the conference. Cancellation fees apply to paid registration fees.

- Full refund of amounts paid minus a handling fee of 50% on the paid value
